Essays & Articles on Photography
As a marine journalist, photographer, and author, I also write about the process of making photographs. Here are a few articles that have been publihed recently. I 1973, I founded, and for the next 35 years, was the director of The Maine Photographic Workshops, an international conservatory for the world’s storytellers and media professionals, now MaineMedia.edu, based in Rockport, Maine. A lifelong sailor and boat owner, my stories of offshore voyaging and the Caribbean appear frequently in Caribbean Compass and Cruising World magazines.
